ELIGIBILITY
ENGin welcomes volunteers who meet the following criteria:

*Active Membership: Only undergraduate and graduate students currently enrolled at the University of South Florida (USF) are eligible for active membership. Membership is open to all USF students, and 100% of active members must be USF students.*

Age: Volunteers must be 13 years or older.

English Fluency: Volunteers should be fluent in English.

Commitment: Volunteers should be able to dedicate at least 1 hour per week to ENGin for a minimum of 10-12 weeks. Additional hours can be accommodated if desired.Please DO NOT start participating in the program if you are not sure that you can comply with these terms and conditions.

Technology: Volunteers need to be comfortable using online video chat platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype, as all sessions with students are conducted online.
No prior teaching experience is necessary to volunteer with ENGin! Our learners already have a background in English grammar and vocabulary, and the program is designed to focus on conversation. However, if you are an English tutor or teacher, we would greatly value your professional expertise.
